ABOUT ME

I work as a psychodynamic psychotherapist.

I have begun my education of psychotherapy at the Sigmund Freud University Vienna-Ljubljana, where I have gained a Master's degree in Psychotherapy Science (Mag. pth.).

I have finished a 4 year specialisation in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Institute of psychodynamic psychotherapy-Slovenia.

Throughout my education I have gained experiences in the field of psychosocial, psychiatric and psychotherapeutic work. In the context of psychosocial activity I have primarily worked in psycho-education where I led weekly workshops at the Society for prevention work and the non-governmental, non-profit and humanitarian organisation Altra. The workshops were focused on the topics of normalisation and destigmatisation of mental anguish.

In the context of psychiatric practice I have gained experiences working with individuals, couples and families.

And lastly I had worked in the Sigmund Freud Outpatient clinic in Ljubljana, where I gained practical experiences in the field of psychotherapy.

I work in the frame of the Ethical code of EZPPS, which is consistent with the ethical normative and standards of the Slovenian Umbrella Association for Psychotherapy, the European Confederation of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapies and the European Association for Psychotherapy.

I am a member of the European Confederation of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapies Slovenia.
